Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and training, with the ability to design, develop, and implement training programs that enhance contractors’ skills, performance, and productivity. The Training Specialist will work closely with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs and ensure that training initiatives align with the company’s goals and objectives. The candidate will also deliver onboarding training and assessments for new hires.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding Training: Deliver effective onboarding training to new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company and understand their roles and responsibilities.Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises, tailored to meet the needs of various functions.Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Continuously improve training materials and methods based on feedback and evaluation results.Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps.
