The Role:

You’ll play a key role in providing seamless customer service and supporting our Danish-speaking customers through a range of queries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven setting and values quality customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Work towards daily KPIs and performance targets
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to build strong connections and provide tailored support
• Communicate confidently via phone, chat, and email in Danish
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or follow-up support
• Collaborate effectively with your team while managing your tasks independently

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
• Experience in customer service (face-to-face, online, or phone-based)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• iGaming experience is a plus
