Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Outsourcing Manager to manage outsourcing services and relationships with external studios. The Outsourcing Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality, cost-effective assets from third-party vendors, while keeping both internal and external teams aligned, motivated, and working towards shared goals.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main communication channel with external studios regarding art and co-development outsourcing.
- Communicate with external studios to confirm that the art style, technical constraints, and art pipeline are well established before production begins.
- Conduct bid processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP, etc.) to select appropriate vendors.
- Craft and negotiate agreements with vendors across creative areas, including negotiating terms and pricing.
- Evaluate proposed art asset lists and work with external studios to develop a workable outsourcing schedule.
- Monitor vendor progress to manage potential risks associated with cooperation.
- Collaborate with Producers to ensure that artists stay on schedule throughout the project.
- Assess vendor strengths and weaknesses, contributing to their performance evaluations.
- Maintain databases of key partners and strategic relationships.
- Update and refine the Outsourcing Strategy and provide new guidelines.
- Manage Middleware purchases when needed to support project requirements
