As the P&C SPOC for a BU/Function, this role will actively partner with BU/Function Lead(er) and people managers, to build capability to address current and future business needs. This would require (proactively) anticipating capability augmentation needs and challenges and deploying a plan to attract, develop, retain and engage exceptional talent to address the same. The role would also own on-ground implementation of P&C initiatives, programs & policies.
What you’ll do:Work closely with BU/Functional leadership teams on strategic and operational people issuesPlay an active role in deployment of P&C strategy and processes for respective BUs/FunctionsSupport design and drive consistent implementation of P&C programs & initiatives for talent retention and overall organization developmentBe personally vested in driving Associate wellbeing and work closely with BU/Functional to proactively address wellbeing issues / concernsDesign and implement Associate connections & communications programsProvide on-ground intelligence & insight for putting together a robust P&C dB. Illustrative (but not exhaustive tasks include) - analyzing exit interviews, establishing in-depth one-on-one connections with associates, team leads and BU / Function Leaders, seeking feedback on impact of P&C programs & initiatives and recommend interventions to address concerns / gaps etc.Provide knowledge-based perspective and support to BU / Functional Leads / Leaders on team planning, succession planning, compensation, benchmarking, etcMaintain functional knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory complianceWho we’re looking for:7 - 8 years of relevant HRBP experience with an understanding of talent acquisitionExcellent understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, and leadership developmentUnderstanding of various employment laws and their impact on HR mattersProven track record of delivering measurable results in a high paced / high demand environmentExcellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and flexibility to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Proficiency in making timely, effective, ethics-based decisionsDemonstrated ability to partner/collaborate within and outside of HRKnowledge and experience in technology businesses including a familiarity with relevant HR practices and policiesUnquestioned integrity; resolve, presence, and surenessMust be an articulate and persuasive communicator including excellent presentation skills; analytical and problem-solving abilitiesMust be able to travel, including short-term assignments based upon business requirementsWhy RoundGlass:
