THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST for our MARKETING in SÃO PAULO

Are you passionate about health, fitness, and wellness? Do you have experience in paid media and digital marketing? Join a team of like-minded paid media experts and help us make Wellbeing Universal. We’re looking for a paid media expert who has experience in programmatic media, paid search, and/or paid social.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Responsible for leading programmatic media and paid search channels to target eligible members and convert them to sign-ups;
  • Partner with external agencies and media partners to strategize and optimize campaigns;
  • Oversee day-to-day account management within the agencies;
  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase the reachability through investigating new channels, testing and tracking KPIs;
  • Seek out new digital media and ad technologies –including the latest offerings in the market;
  • Optimize campaign setups to drive meaningful insights through experimental testing (A/B tests), and also look for improvements and new opportunities on-platform;
  • Collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders to set clear objectives, opportunities, and results;
  • Develop and analyze performance metrics and articulate these to support KPIs;
  • Have fun as part of a collaborative team of people who live our core values.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A professional with hands-on digital experience driving growth through paid media channels;
  • Solid experience with paid media campaigns on multiple channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Native, including segmentation strategy, A/B testing, and strategic thinking;
  • Proven experience with programmatic media channels such as Taboola Ads and Yahoo Ads;
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or another web analytics platform;
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision making, with experience using Google Sheets (functions and pivot tables), Tableau, Data Studio or other data visualization tools for aggregation, manipulation, and visualization of data;
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines;
  • Previous experience working in an advertising agency is a plus;
  • Able to communicate in Advanced-Fluent English.
