Our Casino team is hard at work building a suite of eye-catching casino games for distribution to casino operators in the legal U.S. and international iGaming markets. This team is reimagining what’s possible in gaming by focusing on innovative products powered by cutting-edge technology.

We are seeking a fully remote, Part-Time Payment Specialist with availability to work 3 – 4 days per week, ideally on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. While the schedule is flexible, the first few weeks of training will take place between 9 AM ET and 5 PM ET.

The target weekly hours for this role are 24, with the potential for additional hours on a case-by-case basis. Compensation for this role is targeted at $18–$21 per hour. If your compensation expectations are above this range, we still encourage you to apply. 

Responsibilities: 

• Reconcile all customer payments and withdrawals as well as prevent and detect fraudulent transactions
• Interact with internal client data tools and software to extract information upon request and populate data into spreadsheet reports
• Utilizing Boom policy detection techniques in order to identify high-risk accounts and unusual activity
• Investigate, and subsequently close suspicious accounts in order to mitigate risk
• Provide inbound support related to customer financial inquiries while interacting with the Customer Support team
• Weekend work is required.

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• General understanding of Daily Fantasy Sports, Gaming, and payment processes within the gaming industry
• A high degree of integrity and prior experience dealing with sensitive customer data
• Has an eye for identifying problems and presenting solutions
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
