Your Talent

What You Bring: Experience: 1-2 years in a customer-focused retail environment, ideally in apparel or footwear, with a track record of smashing sales goals.

Sales Savvy: Proven ability to exceed targets, especially in a commission-based role, and a natural flair for connecting with customers.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey information and ideas clearly, whether it’s one-on-one with customers or presenting to a group.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and navigate complex situations with ease.
