About the right team member

As a Partner Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting revenue goals by driving the success of partner products (Mindbody Integrations). You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop new partner sales channels, establish a strategic account planning process with partners, and align on performance objectives. You’ll coordinate internal resources to ensure that both performance objectives and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

About the role

  • Lead the successful integration of partner products into our sales channel, ensuring smooth rollout and alignment with business goals.
  • Balance the needs of partners with cross-functional internal stakeholders by fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Facilitate and conduct training sessions on partner products for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Act as the partner account manager, building strong relationships, setting strategic goals, and managing business relationships with senior executives across the partner portfolio.
  • Serve as a key resource to empower sales reps and managers to achieve their targets by providing insights and support.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs through direct relationships and collaboration with sales reps, prioritizing which partners to bring into the sales channel.
  • Implement new processes, tools, and strategies to expand the reach and efficiency of the partner program.
  • Evaluate the current partner portfolio, developing go-to-market strategies and creating sales enablement materials to support growth.
  • Enhance the partner experience by responding to inquiries, identifying areas for improvement, and troubleshooting issues internally, while collaborating with teams to drive system and process enhancements.
  • Provide internal teams with education and resources regarding partner programs to foster a better understanding and enable smoother operations.
  • Manage the ongoing needs of strategic partners, including marketing updates, product enhancements, and knowledge sharing across departments.
  • Create and present regular reports and insights into partner performance, including metrics on partner attachment, growth, and process improvements for stakeholders.

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field required.
  • Demonstrated “sense of urgency” to effectively drive program execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on emotional intelligence and relationship management.
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Adaptable to evolving roles and departmental needs, with the capability to take on new challenges as assigned.
  • Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and coach others without direct authority.
  • Experience working within a software/technology environment preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects that require collaboration and alignment across multiple departments.
  • Ability to assess and provide recommendations for aligning incentives with broader company objectives.
