We are seeking a Partner Intelligence Data Analyst to join our team supporting partner-owned athletic sites and apps.
This role will be responsible for delivering engagement insights, operational reporting, and building dashboards and reports across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will be proficient with modern analytics and business intelligence tools and demonstrate strong AI fluency in leveraging automation tools like Claude Code and Claude Co-work. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Analytics & Insights (Primary Focus) Analyze user engagement data across partner-owned athletic sites and applications Develop actionable insights from GA4, web analytics, and app usage data Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker and Power BI Present findings to stakeholders in clear, concise formats Work with BigQuery to query and analyze large datasets Operational Reporting Support ad-hoc operational reporting requests across the organization Design and build executive-level dashboards Automate recurring reports and data pulls Support development of reporting infrastructure in Microsoft Fabric AI-Driven Automation Utilize Claude Code and Claude Co-work to automate repetitive processes Identify opportunities for AI-assisted workflow improvements Stay current on AI tools and applications in analytics
3+ years of work experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related roles 2+ years working Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and BigQuery for data warehousing. Proficiency in Looker and/or Power BI experience Advanced experience using Excel and PowerPoint Strong querying and data manipulation, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Demonstrated AI fluency and experience with AI-assisted workflows Demonstrated ability to identify automation opportunities Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with commitment to data accuracy Preferred
Experience with or strong interest in Claude Code, Claude Co-work, or similar AI tools Familiarity with Python
