Our Partner Management team is growing and we are actively seeking a new team member to join our dynamic group.
As a Partner Manager, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships, working effectively with sponsorship partners to ‘know their business’ and provide the ‘first point of contact’ for EFG
- Be the day-to-day key account person for brand sponsors
- Work across global partner integration, product, and event teams to gather information and be the voice of the partner internally while providing the partner what they need to activate their sponsorship with EFG across their sponsored properties
- Effectively coordinate with multiple local departments and global offices to ensure streamlined communication and goals across accounts
- Maintain knowledge of and manage expectations surrounding event/platform timelines and deadlines
- Ensure the highest quality implementation of client programs through implementing in-broadcast, onsite, and online partnership deliverables
- Assist in ideating custom sponsorship programs across EFG properties that naturally tie in with brand goals and brand identity
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics /prepare reports on account status
- Perform other duties, functions, responsibilities, projects and assist as necessary

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience with brand partners
- Willingness to travel frequently, both domestic and international
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English and Russian language, both spoken and written
- Russian language at native speaker level
- Deep knowledge of the CS2 ecosystem and Russian esports
- Demonstrated Faceit user experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of the RU betting industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of the financial services industry/ payments industry is a plus
- Project management experience is highly preferred
- Experience with projects requiring data integrations in advertising is highly preferred
- Ability to create documentation and summaries in Russian using methodology in advertising
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate complex situations with empathy
- A willingness to learn the ins and outs of the esports and gaming industry, including staying up to date on the latest trends
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising options
- To complete any other tasks that may reasonably fall within this role remit
Estimated Salary range:
Our salary intelligence, powered by our AI algorithms, has calculated an estimated range for this position between $60,000 - $80,000 . Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
