THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Marketing Sr Manager in our Partner Marketing area in LATAM! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. 

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Partner Marketing to join the Spanish Speaking (SS) LatAm leadership team, focusing on Mexico, Argentina, and Chile. This role will be the go-to expert for all partner marketing topics in the region, responsible for creating and executing the SS LatAm Partner Marketing blueprint, driving the Wellhub partner value proposition, and ensuring the growth and success of our strategic partners.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Strategic Marketer: Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy for MX, AR and CL, working closely with the Global Head of Partner Marketing and SS LatAm Head of Partnerships to drive network growth and partner success
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as Product Development, MarTech, Content Marketing, Corporate Comms, Revenue Marketing and Partnerships to ensure a seamless partner experience and message
  • Executive presence: Present to and collaborate appropriately with VP Level executives and stakeholders to align strategic vision and direction
  • Audience Champion: The voice of Wellhub Partners within our SS LatAM organisation - championing our partner value proposition and ensuring a partner-centric approach is upheld across the business 
  • Hands-on Involvement: Be a player-coach by actively participating in partner marketing initiatives. Roll up your sleeves and work alongside our team to identify and implement the most efficient ways to acquire, engage and retain partners in your markets 
  • AI Thinking: Apply AI-powered tools and analytics in developing marketing strategy and leveraging for enhanced productivity and scale, with a focus on partner engagement and growth 
  • Budget management: Management of a significant budget to drive our market positioning and deliver exponential value to our strategic partners
  • Team Leadership: Build a collaborative and results-driven culture with both the marketing and partnerships teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring top-notch marketing talent.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • Experience in B2B marketing or partnership program-based experience
  • Deep market knowledge and expertise of Spanish-speaking Latam, including on-the-ground knowledge from having lived, worked, or worked with teams in the region.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish - both mandatory
  • Based in São Paulo (travelling to Chile, Argentina and Mexico)
  • Strong track record in creating and implementing a marketing strategy to support commercial goals
  • Previous experience in working directly with VP level executives 
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and execution
  • An appetite for and experience in leveraging AI to enhance productivity and scale marketing requirements 
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge and experience of the fitness and wellness industry is an added advantage
