Job Description

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU WILL...

  • Support our Partner Sales team by identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential reseller, distribution, and integration partners across the US market.
  • Assist in managing and expanding relationships with existing partners by helping coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and partner enablement activities.
  • Learn how to craft and deliver outreach materials and partner communications that clearly highlight the value of collaboration with our company.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track partner interactions, maintain accurate partner profiles, and help manage the partner pipeline.
  • Gain hands-on experience in partner sales, learning best practices in building indirect sales channels and developing partner ecosystems in the robotics, automation, logistics, and fleet management sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Partner Management teams to understand partner needs, assist with onboarding activities, and support co-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, partner training sessions, and coaching opportunities to build foundational skills in indirect sales and channel development.
  • Build collateral and content to support partner sales strategy, development, and enablement — including partner pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales playbooks.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

YOU...

  • Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Are interested in building strong professional relationships and have a natural curiosity about partnerships, indirect sales models, and business development.
  • Have a genuine interest in technology, automation, and robotics, and want to learn more about partner ecosystems in a tech-driven industry.
  • Are familiar with or willing to learn tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Are comfortable navigating ambiguity, working independently, and proactively managing deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), and are comfortable communicating with external business partners.
  • Are located in the United States, and open to working remotely or from our US office in Chicago.
