THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Partnership Management & Operations Senior Manager to work on the integration and management of some of our most strategic partnerships. This individual will play a critical role in standing up this new function dedicated to delivering best-in-class partnership management and operations. They will be responsible for contributing to the development of scalable systems, embedding operational excellence, and managing ongoing performance—ensuring we extract maximum value and have industry-defining relationships.

This individual will partner cross-functionally with teams across media, product, marketing, content, and more, serving as the central point of coordination and strategic management for high-impact deals. They will also contribute to the development of centralized frameworks and tools that further establish FanDuel as the premier partner in our industry.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding and operational setup of new partnerships to ensure seamless integration, timely delivery, and long-term success.
  • Act as the strategic central point of contact for active partnerships, driving day-to-day execution, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Oversee partnership performance reporting, develop executive readouts, and prepare for QBRs and top-to-top business reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team during deal negotiation to ensure post-deal success is operationally supported.
  • Continuously evaluate partnership operations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization across partnership management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, representing FanDuel as a trusted partner and leader.
  • Contribute to the development of a centralized Center of Excellence by building tools, training, and frameworks that support partnership success enterprise wide.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in partnership management, strategic operations, or account management roles within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a leadership capacity, managing stakeholders and/or junior team members.
  • Proven track record of overseeing the lifecycle of complex partnerships—from onboarding and launch through performance optimization and renewal.
  • Experience within an established partnership management function at a media, tech, or sports company strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology-driven organizations and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into operational processes and manage multiple workstreams with precision and structure.
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment with a bias for action and improvement.

The applicable salary range for this position is  $127,000 - $159,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
