The Role

The Partnerships Specialist will provide front-line, top-notch service and support for AXS distribution partners. They will act as a relationship manager and tech support; advise, assist, and advocate for distribution partners, and provide support for all AXS distribution services. 

What Will You Do?

  • Lead the onboarding and technical implementations of distribution partners, managing timelines, resolving issues, and implementing strategic solutions to technical challenges.
  • Implement strategic plans to optimize partnership agreements, including negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities through vetting analysis, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to support the expansion of AXS’s distribution network.
  • Monitor contract renewal dates, negotiate process, and ensure adherence to best practices and compliance.
  • Identify pros and cons to current contracts and find ways to improve it.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with current and potential clients, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
  • Support distribution partners with API integrations and scenario testing.
  • Compile creative and innovative ideas and build presentations tailored to the needs of each client and event.
  • Pitch partnerships to potential and current clients to create new sponsorship deals or continued partnerships.
  • Create and deliver monthly and quarterly business review reports for executive review, utilizing data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving partner performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, product one-sheets, and case studies to promote AXS distribution products and enhance adoption.

What Will You Bring?

  • 2-4 years’ experience in ticketing, live events, music, partnerships, sponsorships, or other relevant field.
  • Experience working in the music industry preferred.
  • Experience working with data integrations, APIs, and scenario testing preferred.
  • Knowledge of ticketing operations and platforms.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite: PowerPoint & Excel and Google Documents.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build and cultivate relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Must be able to work off hours including nights, weekends and some holidays when required.
  • Ability to provide service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

 

Pay Scale: $67,000 - $75,000
