We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and HR Admin Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing payroll processes, administering employee benefits, and supporting various HR operations activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Raise the Game

-    Maintaining payroll records and ensuring all data is shared with the payroll agency in a timely manner

-   Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets

-   Generate payroll reports for management and audit purposes

-  Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and tax requirements

-  Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner

-  Administer employee benefits programs

-  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Power of Partnership

-   Coordinate with benefit providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits

-   Support HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel files

 One Keywords:

-    Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases

-     Liaise with the Payroll Agency for contracts and payroll matters

-    Liaise with the finance team for accounting purposes related to payroll

-    Employee relations: provide excellent customer service by answering payroll and benefit related questions and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner and assist employees with benefit inquiries, enrolment, and changes

Requirements

Technical Skills

-          3 years of experience in payroll management

-          Familiarity with HR Time and Attendance systems

Behavioural Skills

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-          Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality

-          Ability to collaborate in a matrix structure

-          Flexibility
