We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Coordinator to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while providing support to employees. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy and efficiency are essential.

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

Key Responsibilities : 

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, expenses, and payments
• Process employee expenses, overtime, and on-call reports
• Manage consultant invoices and ensure timely processing
• Prepare and execute payroll payments and support month-end closing duties.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and assist with monthly payroll closing
• Work closely with HR to ensure employee data accuracy and update records as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in payroll or finance administration is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll systems is preferred
