Two Circles is a data-driven sports marketing agency. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA – and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year.

Every day, our team analyses billions of pieces of behavioural, attitudinal and purchase data from sports fans spanning the globe, using the latest machine-learning and data visualization technology. We do this to give our clients the tools and insight required to grow their businesses.

We have a team nearing 650 Two Circlers working from nine offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Kansas City, Paris, Bern, Cologne and Melbourne) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base.

We are looking to hire a People (HR) Manager into our People Operations team. You will help drive a spirit of collaboration, high performance and fun. Working across the operations team and partnering with senior leaders in Two Circles on all things people.

You will work closely with the Rights Management, Technology, Finance and Operations capabilities to help create the best employee experiences for all Two Circlers. Working in partnership with senior leaders to shape, develop, and deliver people plans and solutions

ROLE

· Leadership of our People Operations to ensure policies, processes and procedures are up to date and communicated with all Two Circlers.

· Lead on ER for your area of Two Circles and support wider People team with best practice

· Build career frameworks for your Two Circlers – owning competency maps, performance pathways and team goals

· Lead on the performance planning process for your Two Circlers – ensuring a fair and clear process is followed and the right decisions around remuneration are made and communicated

· Drive high performance teams through reward and recognition that is clearly understood and followed

· Lead on learning and development initiatives across Two Circles, helping to drive a culture of continuous learning

· Drive continuous improvement across a range of people activity – pulse checks, onboarding, exit interviews, HR data, internal communication. Leading on a few big projects and seeing these come to life

· Work closely with the support teams to help build a culture of support, wellbeing and safety within our offices

· Work closely with the DEI and wellbeing teams, to think through best practice and support for your Two Circlers

· Work closely with the Marketing, Performance, IT, Legal and Talent teams on all things people related, ensuring knowledge sharing and internal communication is as good as it can be

· Understand hiring plans and inform Talent, senior management of any skills gaps or future risks

· Lead on acquisitions from a people perspective helping the project manager drive great integration and knowledge sharing for new Two Circlers

· Support with the wider operations team as required
