As a People Advisor within the Organisational Development & Engagement team you will be championing a culture of learning and innovation, you contribute not only to your own growth but to the collective advancement of the organization as a whole. Where and how you can work...
With our HQ in Brisbane, we also have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Auckland, and Wellington. At Entain AUS & NZ, we value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, allowing employees to spend two days a week at the office, ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences. This is a 12-month contract based based in Brisbane.

Your day-to-day...

• Support the design and delivery of organisational interventions to ensure the ongoing iteration of the capability of leaders within the ANZ business. 
• Maintain a Leadership Development Framework for Emerging Leaders and the ELT. 
• Support the delivery of the Belonging@Entain programme to ensure that all events under this banner are impactful and transformative keeping the required sense of Belonging front and centre.
• Liaise with the Talent and People Operations Team to manage all engagement factors of the Onboarding process.
• Implement Engagement initiatives to ensure we continue to harness the full potential of an engaged workforce

What you’ll bring...

• Previous HR experience with considerable experience in people-related processes and a passion for OD & LD. 
• Experience successfully implementing frameworks and programs that have supported employee development and led to a demonstrated increase in organisational engagement.  
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. 
• Curiosity and interest in the future of HR, OD and work sharing insights with senior leaders and bringing employee experience to the forefront of decision-making.
