Opened in 2018, our Turkey office operates as the R&D arm of Rapsodo. Our offices incorporate UI/UX, Mobile, Cloud Technologies along with Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Data Science and Unity teams. Rapsodo is rapidly growing, and we are looking for team players who will contribute to deliver state-of-the-art solutions with us. We're looking for a People & Culture Intern to join us for a long-term internship!

Key Responsibilities:

• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities
• Support HR documentation, including contracts, forms, and reports
• Contribute to internal communication efforts and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide support in recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
• Perform other tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned by the HR team
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
  

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in human resources and willingness to learn HR processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
