Hinge Health Hybrid Model:
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 2 days/week. We will be expanding to 3 days/week in the office beginning April of 2024.
About the Role:
The Hinge Health People Development function is still in its early days, so there are plenty of opportunities to drive immediate impact and shape strategies at an early stage. For 2024, both Manager Development and the integration of a new Learning Management System [LMS] are two top priorities. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, you will own end-to-end people development initiatives, ranging from assessing cross-functional learning needs, strategizing modalities, facilitating / organizing learning initiatives, to ultimately measuring impact and modifying the approach to increase impact. Additionally, you will collaborate on select Talent Management work streams such as the design and program management of Performance Management, Talent Reviews, and Succession Planning. With the rollout of a new, AI powered LMS, you will be tapped to scale PeopleDev’s impact beyond humanly possible to drive a deliberately developmental culture.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISHConduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needsCollaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., HRBPs, business leaders) to develop comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals and address identified needsDesign and implement programs that foster a deliberately developmental learning culture, and work with external partners, where applicable, to deliver against prioritized learning needsCreate engaging and effective learning materials for both in-person / virtual workshops and digital learning experiences; at times, facilitate in-person / virtual workshops Implement evaluation methods to assess the impact of learning initiatives on individual and organizational performanceAnalyze data to continuously improve and refine development programsCollaborate on the design and program management of Talent Management initiatives, including Performance Management, Talent Reviews, and possibly Succession PlanningCo-create the integration between learning and talent management programs for a holistic approach to employee developmentQuickly ramp up on a new Learning Management System (LMS), leveraging its capabilities to enhance training and development offeringsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of experience as a People Development Program Manager or in a similar roleStrong expertise in assessing learning needs and designing effective development strategiesDemonstrated proficiency in instructional design to build engaging, digital learning experiencesDemonstrated ability to facilitate in-person and virtual learning and development programsTechnologically savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new platformsData driven mindset to creatively implement success measures that quantify impactExcellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAbout Hinge Health:
