As a People Ops Manager, you will support all aspects of our people-operations, ensuring the business runs smoothly, and setting our teammates up for success. This role requires strong relationship-building, project management skills, and creative problem-solving to meet the needs of a fully remote, global team.

Collaborate with leadership and employees to build a high-performance remote culture
Lead strategic projects to develop scalable people practices in a multicultural environment
Monitor key People metrics and implement improvement solutions
Manage performance reviews and identify training needs
Act as the go-to for teammates regarding policies

Requirements

What makes you a great candidate?

3+ years experience in consulting or a similar in-house role, ideally in a scale-up
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Effective project management and decision-making capabilities
Experience living or working in a frontier market, preferably in Africa
Bonus: Experience in a multinational or fully remote environment
