Job Description

We are looking for People Ops/ Facilties Manager at Sperasoft. This role involves managing studio operations personnel, tracking related budgets, and ensuring synchronization with other studio support functions to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

• Overseeing and ensuring uninterrupted, smooth, safe and secure operations of the studio facilities (AC and ventilation, cleaning, power supply, fire safety systems, front desk and office supplies), allowing the studio personnel to perform efficiently and seamlessly;
• Efficiently managing the studio operations personnel and tracking related budgets;
• Synchronization with other studio support functions to ensure the efficiency of the studio operations approaches and with focus to employees value;
• Establishing feedback loop with the studio leadership and the studio teams on the quality of the studio operations;
• Managing the studio space rent, renovation and expansion topics; 
• Overseeing and managing travel support for the studio according to company policies and standards;
• Efficient studio operations and facilities vendor management; 
• Proactive contribution to the creation of new systems, tools and approaches to improve efficiency of the studio operations;
• Experience at an International company
• Fluent Armenian, Advanced English, Good Russian languages;
• Work format: office.
