YOUR TEAM

We’re looking for an experienced People Operations Generalist to own critical people processes and continuously improve our internal operations infrastructure and work to build a best in class employee experience. In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Legal, People and Accounting and have two peers. We believe this is a great role for a People Operations professional who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional partners, ensuring smooth operations and employee experience, and is interested in gaining experience at a fast-moving, mission-driven company. YOUR OPPORTUNITIES

The People Operations Generalist will be responsible for critical aspects of People Operations program implementation across the entire organization, while serving as a trusted partner to recruiting, accounting, Trust and IT. You’ll be responsible for suggesting and implementing process improvements across the following areas to ensure we can scale efficiently and effectively:

  • HRIS administration
  • Onboarding and offboarding of all employees from Recruiting handoff through exit interviews 
  • Oversight and ownership of Benefits programs and renewal processes, point of contact for all questions
  • Processing all Leave of Absence requests in partnership with our benefits broker
  • Owning employee experience initiatives
  • Crafting and delivering communications regarding HR policy and tooling updates 
  • People programs stewardship 
  • Assisting with the design and execution of all company and team gatherings

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Passionate about people & process
  • Experience with onboarding and offboarding of hires, including the coordination of background checks, trainings, organizational and required  data updates 
  • Experience with an HRIS and the ability to organize and maintain employee data
  • Experience driving process improvements, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, setting expectations and executing reliably across both internal and external partners
  • Knowledge of employee benefits programs and the ability to oversee open enrollment and benefits renewal
  • Experience overseeing performance management cycles, conflict resolution, engagement surveys, and manager training
  • A highly organized and productive mindset paired with the ability to operate in a fast paced environment while maintaining keen attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee data with professionalism
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with G Suite, Slack, ADP Workforce Now, Confluence, and Charthop
  • Payroll Administration experience

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $91,000 to $122,000. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, and skillset.
