POSITION SUMMARY
Seattle Reign FC is seeking a Performance Analyst to support the team’s on-field success through advanced data analysis, performance insights, and evidence-based decision-making. This role will focus on collecting, analyzing, and communicating performance data to inform training design, match preparation, and recovery strategies. Working closely with the Director of High Performance, Technical Staff, and Medical Department, the Performance Analyst will help translate objective data into actionable insights that enhance individual and team performance.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. Base salary at time of offer is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal equity, and current market conditions.
