IN A NUTSHELL

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Creative Designer (f/m/x) to take full ownership of our Paid Social creative machine. In this role, you’ll lead high-volume production, leverage cutting-edge AI workflows, and translate real-time ad performance into your next visual breakthrough, all to drive BRAINEFFECT to the next level.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• High-Volume Asset Production: Ideate, design, and produce 20–50 new ad assets weekly (Statics, Motion, UGC cuts, and AI-generated variations) across Meta (primarily) and TikTok.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Monitor performance metrics independently (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR) via Ads Manager, Motion, and Foreplay to continuously refine and iterate on winning concepts.
• Modular Design & Systems: Build scalable Figma component libraries to rapidly test new angles and hooks.
• AI-Enhanced Workflow: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (Chat GPT, Nano Banana, Arcads) as production accelerators to speed up output without compromising quality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work side-by-side with Performance Marketing, in a daily feedback loop to quickly test hypotheses and adapt assets based on ad spend data.
• Localization & Compliance: Systematize asset adaptation for international markets (e.g., DACH + FR) while adhering to supplement health claim guidelines.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ Years of Design Experience: You bring at least 2 years of proven success specifically in direct-response and performance ad creation.
• Mastery of Core Design & AI Stack: You are fluent in Figma, Photoshop, and video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere/After Effects), while naturally integrating AI tools or AI-UGC platforms into your workflow.
• Data Fluency & Speed: You comfortably analyze ad metrics (Hook/Hold Rates, CTR) to guide your iterations, prioritizing fast execution (30–60 min per static) over endless perfectionism.
• Ego-Free & Resilient: You view performance data objectively so you can pivot quickly to the next iteration.
• Language Skills: You are business fluent in English (B2/C1). B2 in German is a plus.

3. Case Study: This might be the most fun part. We will ask you to prepare a short assignment and submit your results within a given amount of time.
4. Meet your team-lead: Within a videocall you will meet your teamlead. Time to talk more about technical facts and the work within the department at BRAINEFFECT.
5. Office Interview: Even though it is very convenient to meet online, we would like to invite you to our office and give you the chance to get to know us in person. You will also get to know Fabian, our CEO, who can also give you some exciting facts about BRAINEFFECT and holistic mind nutrition.
