1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or growth marketing
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Proven experience running and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results
Excellent written and spoken English (B2+); Spanish would be a plus
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns: Own paid campaigns across social and digital channels, from strategy to launch, ensuring they reach the right audience and drive results.
Audience segmentation and targeting: Analyze user behaviour and audience data to define and refine targeting strategies that maximize engagement and ROI.
Performance analysis & insights: Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, CAC, etc.), generate actionable insights, and recommend improvements to campaigns and creative strategies.
A/B testing & experimentation: Lead testing on creatives, messaging, formats, and audiences to continually improve campaign performance.
Collaboration across teams: Work closely with CRM, Brand, Content, and Product teams to align campaigns with launches, promotions, and overall growth strategy.
Campaign reporting & process management: Maintain dashboards, track budgets, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns across markets.
