The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one online support to clients in achieving their health and wellness objectives, and promote sustainable lifestyle habits.

Requirements

Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training plans

Lead training sessions with proper technique, motivation, and safety in mind

Track progress and adjust programs as needed

Educate clients on exercise, nutrition, and healthy living practices

Maintain a professional, supportive, and encouraging environment

Be able to hold a class in proficient English

Have a home gym space and some equipment to hold the classes from
