In addition to 1 year of pharmacy experience and knowledge of Kroll, the successful applicant must be organized, reliable, patient-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.

</b></br><li>Providing exemplary customer service that meets NKS Health standards</li><li>Data entry of patient care information into Kroll ensuring all required documentation is adequate</li><li>Understanding, recognizing, and resolving third party adjudication</li><li>Assisting in coordination of next day deliveries and medication refills</li><li>Troubleshoot all billing errors before next day’s delivery</li><li>Ensuring all copayments are charged or forwarded to appropriate payer</li><li>Co-ordinate with all patient support programs regarding billing errors, plan maximums, and requesting all bridge medications for refills</li><li>Complete monthly inventory count</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the manager </li></br><b>
</b></br><li>Bilingual (English and French) is an asset</li><li>1+ years of community pharmacy experience with excellent knowledge in pharmacy operations</li><li>1+ years of experience in completing and submitting third party payer reimbursement paperwork</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Effective organizational skills and excellent time management skills with the proven ability to multi-task</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently in an effective and efficient manner</li><li>Detail oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision</li><li>Proficient with Kroll</li><li>Experience communicating with PSPs, nurses, doctors, and other health professionals.</li><li>Experience with reimbursement navigation and claims adjudication, including coordination of FOC and bridging medications.</li><li>Advanced computer skills (including ability to use Accuro, Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer software) </li><li>Average wpm of 50</li></br>
