Employment type: 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week) or 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

Compensation

$110/hour (W2, employed, exempt)
Working hours: Monday through Friday, between 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time and 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Coverage during 5:00am Pacific Time – 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time is the highest priority and required.

The Role

We’re seeking a board-certified physician with deep subject matter expertise in midlife women’s health to serve as a Clinical Moderator and Escalation MD.

In this role, you will:

• Act as the go-to resource for Nurse Practitioners, moderating clinical questions and providing guidance in real time.

• Respond to escalations within 30 minutes during assigned shifts.

• Provide direct patient care for complex or time-sensitive cases.

• Partner with clinical leadership to strengthen quality, safety, and consistency across the practice.

• Identify trends and insights that inform clinical protocols and provider training.

This role requires focus and availability during scheduled hours to meet our patient care standards and response-time commitments.

Who You Are

Subject matter authority in:
• Women’s health
• Perimenopause and menopause
• Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
• Cancer survivorship (strongly preferred, not required)
• Medical weight management
• Functional / Integrative Medicine (a plus)

• Board Certified MD or DO

• Minimum five (5) years of perimenopause/menopause experience

• At least two (2) years of telehealth experience

• At least five (5) years of direct patient care in the last five years

• Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion

• Licensed in multiple states, with ability to obtain up to 50 active, active and unrestricted licenses

• Highly proficient with technology and EHR systems

• Collaborative, team-oriented, and passionate about consistent, high-quality care

• Able to dedicate full attention to this role during scheduled hours, ensuring timely responses and safe patient care
