We are seeking an associate to support the Planning & Culture department in the NFL LA office, headquartered in Inglewood next door to SoFi Stadium. This position will be a 12-month external agency position beginning in Spring 2025 and will support the execution of cross-functional projects across the NFL LA campus throughout the 2025-26 NFL season.
The Planning & Culture department is focused on NFL LA office internal communications, community and culture programs, and strategic cross-functional projects across the LA office and NFL Media, with a focus on workplace engagement. This position works closely with the LA leadership team, Human Resources, Culture Committee, and Employee Resource Groups across the NFL LA office. All employees play an important role in helping to fulfill the NFL’s mission of working to unite people and inspire communities, and this role has a special place in focusing on how we do that effectively for NFL LA staff.
