Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a Player Interaction Manager to work on World of Warships in our Belgrade office.

We are looking for a good communicator with logical thinking, and the ability to understand the needs of players and combine them with business goals.

What will you do?

• Work directly with the Community, Content, and Production teams to inform and consult on game development matters, and create publications to keep players informed about upcoming changes.

• Maintain constant communication with the development team to negotiate new updates and features based on player feedback and business requirements.

• Prepare documentation describing new features and functionality.

• Provide additional informational support for game releases.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating between publishing and development teams.

• Foster ongoing and productive collaboration between community teams across all regions.

• Regularly organize release retrospectives, compile reports, and analyze player feedback.

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for a good communicator with logical thinking, and the ability to understand the needs of players and combine them with business goals.

• Fluent English — written and spoken — B2 or higher.

• 2+ years of experience working in a team environment with shared success metrics and effective collaboration.

• Several years of active online PC gaming.

• High level of critical thinking.

• Ability to prove your point of view.

• Proactive and self-driven.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Deep knowledge of World of Warships and a good record of game experience will be a huge plus, as you will be able to onboard quickly.

• Game industry experience.

• Russian or Serbian language - will be a plus.

• Community and product management experience.

Work mode

• Onsite during probation period and hybrid (3 days of work from the office) after probation period.
