Poker Offering Manager

Due to major growth we are expanding our team and currently looking for a Poker Offering Manager to join us. 

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of the strategic and operational aspects of our Global Poker product.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and implementing the poker tournament schedule
• Overseeing the poker ring game and sit and go offering, maximising player engagement and entertainment, in line with VGW’s commercial objectives 
• Collaborating with the wider team to deliver new poker games and features, in line with the overall strategy
• Ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness of all poker-related content, both internal and external
• Working with the Global Poker Leadership Team to contribute ideas and shape the  strategy
• Recruiting and developing Poker Room Analyst(s) and other team members as needed
• Providing training, development, and growth opportunities for your team

What you will bring to the role:

• You are experienced in the online poker industry, particularly in poker room and product management
• You have a strong understanding of online poker products, with a focus on social poker
• You can demonstrate experience in developing and delivering product strategy
• You have a proven track record of commercial success against KPIs and targets
• You are excellent at stakeholder management 
• You have experience in management (desirable)
• You have experience with remote working (desirable)
