We are hiring for a Premium Experience Coordinator to join the Brisbane International team. This is a full-time fixed-term contract from October 2026 to January 2027. About the role The Premium Experiences Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Manager, Event Delivery & Premium Sales Manager to deliver the hospitality & VIP requirements for all premium spaces (ensuring exceptional customer service to all corporate clients during, and in the lead up to the Brisbane International). In this role you will: Work closely with Premium Sales Manager and stakeholders to ensure all premium hospitality client requirements inclusive of administration are serviced (payments, tickets, event information).
Liaise with appropriate Tennis Australia/Event Catering staff regarding guest service.Assist the Premium Hospitality Supervisor to ensure successful recruitment, training, communication, accreditation, uniforming and induction of Hospitality volunteer staffing group.
About you To be successful in this role you will have: Outstanding customer service and communication skills Ability to build rapport and engage quickly with a diverse range of stakeholders Previous experience in a hospitality role within the corporate or VIP area is highly desirable Demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgement in complex decision-making and problem solving A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain) Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis QLD What’s to love?
