Your Job:
As the Principal, Commerce & Data Marketing, you will partner with your manager in developing and leading Brooks’ demand generation strategies focusing on Affiliate and Direct Mail marketing to both retain and acquire new customers to the brand while also helping to increase brand awareness and drive business results for BR.com. You will also partner with leads across the Paid Media team to develop and hone our audience data marketing strategies and projects including rolling these out to your owned channels. As a key leader on the NA Paid Media Team, you’ll be accountable for helping to develop and implement our data strategies and overseeing tactical execution and optimizations across multiple channels/programs including affiliate, partner marketing, referral marketing, and direct mail in addition to NA Paid Media Data Marketing projects.
You will be accountable for external vendors and agency management, ensuring the channels are meeting and exceeding brand and performance KPIs to drive the business. You will lead cross-functionally building relationships to drive the business across Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, and Digital Products teams to support programming and attain target KPIs across channel. The ideal candidate is one who is effective at collaboration, communication, performance, and is curious to learn something new every day, challenging the norm.
