We are building next-generation blockchain applications that empower millions of users worldwide to access Web3 services such as wallets, staking, and DeFi protocols. What You’ll Be Doing

Develop blockchain application-layer business services (including Web3 wallets, staking, and DeFi protocol design).

Conduct system performance optimization and tackle technical challenges to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.

Identify opportunities for service optimization through strong architectural capabilities, improving engineering efficiency.

Understand business and product requirements, and deliver feature design, architecture optimization, and R&D work.
What We Look For In You
-
5+ years of Java programming experience with solid fundamentals; strong understanding of I/O, multithreading, collections, and working knowledge of JVM principles.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proficient in mainstream development frameworks such as Spring Boot and MyBatis (or similar OR-mapping framework).

Deep understanding of mainstream databases and middleware such as MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, HBase, and Kafka.

Strong passion for technology, broad vision, curiosity for exploration, self-driven with excellent learning ability.

Experience in blockchain platform product development; familiar with Bitcoin, Ethereum, or one or more leading DeFi projects (e.g., MakerDAO, Uniswap, Compound, Synthetix).

High sensitivity to blockchain industry trends, able to track hot topics, lead the team to explore opportunities, and drive new product launches.
Nice to Have

Experience developing high-concurrency, high-availability, high-performance projects.

Familiarity with one or more blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, Cosmos, Polkadot) or leading DeFi projects (MakerDAO, Uniswap, Compound, Synthetix).

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills; project management experience is a plus.

Proficiency in at least one additional language such as C++, Go, or TypeScript.
OKX Statement
The base salary range for this position is $313,055 to $375,666. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
