End-to-end ownership of affiliate program operations: onboarding, campaign design, incentive experimentation, and cross-market execution.

Design and run scalable affiliate programs — onboarding flows, incentive experimentation, promotional campaigns, and cross-market performance benchmarking.

5+ years in growth, affiliate/partnerships, or product-led growth roles, preferably at a crypto exchange or hyper-growth consumer platform.

Strong product mindset — you think in systems, funnels, and scalability, not just campaigns and deals.

Strong analytical capability — you can design affiliate quality scoring, cohort retention analysis, and ROI models, not just read reports.

Experience driving growth in regulated or compliance-heavy environments, ideally across European or multi-jurisdictional markets.
