WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: You will be a part of the larger Global Technology organization working on Nike’s internal Consumer Product & Innovation tools, part of our Engineering team and report to the team’s Engineering Director.

You will spend much of your time with Software Engineers in CPI Engineering and adjacent teams.

to drive technical priorities, define engineering best practices, collaborate with peers, and help to translate business problems into technical solutions. • Excellent computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures. • 14+ years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor developing custom software. • 5+ years hands-on experience implementing and supporting modern software architectural principles and patterns (REST, domain-driven design, Devops, microservices, etc) • 5+ years hands on experience with distributed cloud systems (node.js, EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, or Google Cloud/Azure equivalents) • Experience with front-end web application technologies (javascript, CSS, html5, Vue, React/redux, etc.) • Preferred: Deep familiarity with 3D content creation tools (e.g., Maya, Blender, Substance, Unity, Unreal) and 3D pipelines used in product design and digital twin workflows. • Preferred: • Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into creative or design tools. • Continuous deployment and automated testing experience • Excellent influencing, verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple peers and cross- functional partners • Responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development. You continuously evaluate new tools, frameworks, and techniques, and assess their potential impact on the team's productivity and the quality of the final product. • Experience working in a technical leadership role with agile teams in a product model. • Experience developing, monitoring, and supporting highly available micro- services/lambda's and applications • Demonstrated ability and experienced professional who not only possesses deep technical knowledge but also excels in leadership and mentorship. They are responsible for setting technical standards, providing guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
