What You'll Do

As a Privacy Compliance Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting complex, cross-functional projects to drive implementation of the Privacy Program. You’ll help manage the internal and external assessments and audits of the Privacy Program, support ongoing external reporting to regulators, and facilitate design, implementation, and maintenance of program policies, safeguards, and standard operating procedures. You will drive critical discussions with stakeholders across the business, including supporting presentations to senior leadership and coordinating related steering committees and councils.

In this role, you will

  • Support maintenance of the comprehensive Privacy Program, including the internal and external assessment or audit of the program.
  • Help minimize privacy risks and by translating privacy requirements into actionable processes and guidelines for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as business, Legal, Information Security, Engineering, and Public Policy to ensure continuous alignment balanced with business vision and roadmap.
  • Communicate utilizing purposeful and effective strategies, both formal and informal, to provide visibility into privacy risks and to drive a culture of compliance.
  • Execute by supporting and driving timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to support privacy compliance requirements.
  • Participate in Privacy Risk Assessments and identify areas of potential vulnerability.
  • Ensure that informative meeting agendas, meeting materials, and action items are maintained in the company’s task tracker.

What we're looking for

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in privacy and/or compliance
  • Experience with program or project management, including supporting long-term strategy consisting of multiple smaller projects, defining program strategy, and defining metrics
  • Experience in large organizations requiring collaboration and coordination across diverse stakeholder groups to align the company to successfully execute on a vision
  • Good communication skills and the experience working successfully in a global environment with a diverse group of colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Hard worker who is comfortable operating in a complex and dynamic environment; this person will be energized by big challenges and working with excellent people
  • Passionate about doing the right thing
  • Experience in the tech or gaming industry is a plus

This role is open to multiple locations (including CA, NYC, & WA).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

California Base Pay Range
$111,910$164,134 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$105,195$154,286 USD
