Our Operations team in Toronto is currently looking for a Process Improvement & Reporting Manager to join the team. 

As a Process Improvement & Reporting Manager you will be pivotal in enhancing operational excellence through process improvement and project management. By leveraging data-driven insights, this role will support evidence-based decision-making, fostering a more enriched and continuously evolving operational environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, develop and implement process optimization and improvement strategies across various business units.
  • Identify continuous improvement initiatives, projects, activities and tools that will improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction 
  • Ensure data quality and integrity forms a cornerstone and foundation of reporting and leading the development of dashboards and reports across various functional areas, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization. 
  • Collaborates with various teams, management and stakeholders to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of data analytics solutions deployed in the organization.
  • Provide strategic analytical support through data consolidation and analysis to deliver data-driven recommendations and business critical solutions

What you will bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis 
  • 5+ years of change management, process mapping and optimization techniques
  • Team Management experience
  • Experienced in database concepts, data modeling and data visualization tools (ex. Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, etc…)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Skilled at promoting a cohesive team environment with the ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
