Due to strategic footprint expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced Procurement & Vendor Performance Lead to join our Indirect Procurement Team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping and executing our procurement strategies at a group level, directly impacting our ability to achieve optimal value and efficiency across the organization.
The Procurement & Vendor Performance Lead will primarily focus on negotiation and procurement activities (approximately 70% of the role), leading complex negotiations, managing key supplier relationships, and driving cost optimization. The remaining 30% of the role will be dedicated to analytical capabilities, leveraging tools like Power BI to create insightful dashboards, perform vendor management analysis, and inform strategic decisions.
This role is not limited to specific categories but rather focuses on indirect procurement of services, including Marketing, Tech, Product, and Professional Services. By attracting an experienced professional with these capabilities, Superbet seeks to strengthen its procurement function and drive significant value across the organization.
