Our Finance department is expanding rapidly! Over the past year, our Finance team has experienced substantial growth and has played a pivotal role in driving our financial success. We're seeking a Procurement Manager to join a Global Procurement function. Reporting to the VP Procurement & Facilities. The successful candidate will lead purchasing projects, including preparation, planning, execution, and evaluation. Key responsibilities involve negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, analyzing spend data to develop strategic purchasing plans, optimizing procurement processes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

This person will thrive in a diverse team comprised of colleagues of a range of levels and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing Projects:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and plan purchasing projects.
  • Prepare necessary documents (e.g., NDA, Scope of Work) and identify potential suppliers.
  • Execute sourcing processes (RFQ, RFP) and compare proposals to support decision-making.
  • Finalize negotiations and contracts with selected suppliers.

Supplier Management:

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
  • Optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings and efficiency.

Procurement Process Enhancements:

  • Analyze and enhance procurement processes to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Implement new technologies and manage change effectively.
  • Promote continuous improvement and document best practices for knowledge sharing.

Receiving Audit:

  • Conduct audits of received goods to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
  • Review documentation and vendor performance, and resolve any discrepancies found during the audit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance preferred). 
  • 3 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in TV/entertainment/sports or insurance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial processes.

Specific Skills/Knowledge:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT, especially Excel and project management software.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Experience in supplier/supply chain management.
  • Experience with digital procurement software (preferably Coupa) is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in an international, culturally diverse environment.
