WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Owning and optimising end-to-end procurement processes, including workflows, approvals, risk mitigation and controls.
- Owning and managing procurement systems and tools and driving the adoption of procurement technologies.

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand how procurement activities can enable business goals; balancing the need for best practice with a flexible approach to meet business needs.
- Owning and updating the Procurement Policy, working closely with CoSec to ensure business-wide comms and adoption.
- Managing the end-to-end sourcing for low-value procurement activities where it’s not possible to enable self-serve.
- Being a central point of contact for the business travel solution, including day-to-day management of the supplier relationship.
- Collating and analysing data to produce reports such as spend analysis, benefits tracking, compliance metrics, and supplier performance.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
- Solid knowledge of procurement best practices and sourcing strategies.
- Deep understanding of Source to Contract and Procure to Pay processes.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and suppliers and the confidence and experience to work closely with Gymshark leaders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Experience of working in fast-paced, scaling organisations with greenfield or brownfield procurement functions.
- Ability to analyse complex data to inform sourcing decisions and develop ideas for ongoing improvements.
- Comfortable navigating between strict adherence to best practice and the flexibility needed to meet evolving business requirements.
