• The Role: The Producer role is a key role within the agency.
• You will sit within the project team leading projects, from pre-production through to onsite at live events.
• It's a mid to senior level role that sits in the heart of the team.
• You will lead projects, manage budgets and support a team on a daily basis.
• Each project will be different and may include experimental marketing, events or pitches Responsibilities (General) Be a reliable and trusted member of a project team Prioritise daily workload for yourself and other members of your project team to ensure you remain organised and monitor progress to meet planned deadlines Be organised, proactive and show initiative Communicate proactively and professionally with your colleagues and be available to mentor and support junior members of the team Be available and approachable to support the team Be open, honest and contribute positively to the company culture Keep up to date with social, digital, and cultural trends Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge through reading publications and journals Continue to build on existing skills for delivering successful events Provide strong leadership, motivation, direction, and support to the project team An ability to think strategically about marketing challenges, whatever the brief, audience, or channel Responsibilities (Project) Own the budget & client management process, both internally and for the client on projects up to £500k Create and keep up-to-date project budgets ensuring agreed margins remain in place until final payments are received and issued Ensure that all production/project processes are completed to the highest standard, are accurate, to budget and on time Lead weekly project team and client meetings Assign and brief project team members on their roles and responsibilities in both pre-production and on site Build teams based on the projects needs and outline clear roles and responsibilities for the team Represent the agency to clients, suppliers, and guests in a positive and approachable manner Format keynote documents to then present to the team and clients Have a willingness to be involved with pitch and presentation work for the new business or creative department Actively seek new ways to improve on completing tasks quickly and sharing methods with the team undefined Responsibilities (Account) Act as the key contact for clients, providing Account Management skills and be aware of, and deliver on client requirements Continually work hard to improve client satisfaction A confident presenter who’s not afraid to be put on the spot and answer difficult questions Build on your knowledge of our client's brand identities and what would and wouldn’t work for each client Liaise with client/ project teams to ensure a full and thorough flow of information between all parties Support the New Business Team when creating budgets and proposals for pitch work Confidentiality lead and influence clients on briefs, while managing expectations, maintaining constant communication, and developing excellent client relationships Responsibilities (Production) Have a good understanding of production and be able to install a standard stage set independently Ensure that contact sheets, agendas, status reports, production schedules etc are compiled and send out pre and post meeting Liaise with suppliers and external contractors in a positive and relationship building manner Build on your production and creative knowledge and if desired learn systems and programs within these departments, such as SketchUp, CAD, illustrator Ensure all Public Liability and any other applicable insurances are in order to cover all relevant risks inherent in the project Have an extensive supplier database which continues to grow Essential Skills Experience in office sharing programmes (word, excel, teams) Mac user Communicates effectively and constructively with the team and clients Excellent written and presentation ability Able to complete tasks at expected quality with strong attention to detail Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and priorities workload Great at timekeeping and time-management Flexible approach to problem solving Bring fresh ideas to the team and challenge the status quo Be experienced in working individually or within a team on a variety of projects Confident when selling ideas to client and colleagues Experience in a fast-paced working environment Experience working with clients of varied sizes in different sectors Substantive industry experience Personal Attributes, Behaviours and Values A positive can-do attitude A natural gravitas and presence to make things happen Punctual, meets deadlines and can prioritise deadlines Ambitious, dynamic, autonomous, organised, self-motivated, calm, positive & resilient Aware of current trends, openings, and experiences A solutions-based mindset 160/90 is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that encourages applications from qualified, eligible candidates from all backgrounds and life experiences regardless of race, gender identity, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion, or belief. 160over90 is an award-winning global marketing agency which forges stronger human connections and creates shared moments where people feel something real.
