About the Team

Mindbody is a leading global platform empowering fitness, beauty, and wellness businesses to grow, operate seamlessly, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Founded over 25 years ago, Mindbody was the first software product built specifically for the wellness industry. Today, we support businesses of all sizes - from independent studios to global brands such as Orange Theory Fitness, Drybar, SoulCycle, Burn Boot Camp, and many more.

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer to help evolve and enhance our CRM experiences. This is a high-impact execution-focused role for a designer who thrives in complex workflows and is motivated by solving real customer problems through thoughtful, scalable design. You’ll own end-to-end design within key CRM surfaces, partnering closely with product and engineering to deliver measurable business and user outcomes.

You bring strong product sense, systems awareness, and a high craft bar—knowing how to design elegant, usable solutions within established frameworks while identifying opportunities to improve them. You’ll contribute to the evolution of our CRM experience by solving meaningful problems that help businesses grow and operate more effectively.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end design for key CRM features and workflows, ensuring cohesive and intuitive experiences across surfaces such as customer management, communications, and reporting.
  • Translate business and user needs into strong hypotheses and thoughtful design solutions, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Contribute to defining success metrics and use data to inform design decisions and determine when work is ready to ship.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and marketing to align on priorities, clarify requirements, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve usability and consistency within the CRM domain, contributing new patterns and enhancements to the design system where appropriate.
  • Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes that clearly communicate interaction intent and edge cases.
  • Participate actively in critique and feedback cycles, raising the quality bar while continuing to refine your craft.

Who You Are

  • You have 2–4+ years of product design experience, ideally working on SaaS, CRM, or complex B2B workflows.
  • You understand both user and business motivations, and can form strong design hypotheses within your product area.
  • You take ownership of the design process end-to-end, exploring multiple concepts autonomously and efficiently.
  • You consistently deliver high-quality visual and interaction design, and have mastered working within and contributing to a design system.
  • You actively participate in research and leverage insights to inform solutions.
  • You collaborate effectively across functions, communicate your decisions clearly, and seek feedback to continuously improve.
  • You are motivated by designing tools that help businesses operate more effectively and build stronger customer relationships.
