Your daily workout
As the Product Go-to-market (GTM) Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the business case assessment and launchthe launch of EGYM ecosystem products in new and existing international markets. Are you passionate about driving fast-paced customer value creation and fueling business growth through market expansion? Then, we are looking for you to join our Product team in Munich!

  • Expertise in EGYM Ecosystem: You report to the Director of Product and work closely with the Product Management team to build a high level of expertise in the EGYM ecosystem, the product strategy, and the product roadmap
  • Market Expansion Management: You work as part of the market expansion group and manage the pipeline of new and upcoming markets to assess, prioritize, and plan the launch of EGYM products in those markets. You also oversee the launch of new EGYM products in existing international markets
  • Product Compliance and Usability: You manage the discovery process to identify country or region-specific product compliance, usability, or demographic requirements both for hardware and software products, in the new markets
  • Development Effort Assessment: You work with Compliance, Product Management, and Engineering teams to assess and estimate the development effort of product requirements for the new markets and subsequently manage their implementation
  • Business Case Assessment: You evaluate business cases by weighing opportunity size against total cost, effort, and strategic fit to guide go/no-go decisions for new markets
  • Go-to-Market Process Management: You manage the full go-to-market process to launch EGYM products in new countries while collaborating with the involved departments and stakeholders
Your fitness level
  • Experience in Project Management: You have 4+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, product operations, or program management, including experience launching products in international markets.  In addition, you can critically evaluate the business decisions for investment-based projects, based on value and return on Investment
  • Stakeholder Management Skills: You have excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in partnering with and influencing stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Self-Motivation and Ownership: You are a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership
  • Proficiency at All Flight Levels: You are proficient in and do not shy away from working at all flight levels, from product vision and strategy to the detailed day-to-day execution
  • Willingness to Travel: You are ready to travel up to 25% of your time to the developing markets for EGYM in Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Holistic understanding: You gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire EGYM ecosystem and its products
  • Building Partnerships: You build strong partnerships with various stakeholders in the organization to align product direction and communication about go-to-market plans
  • Representing Product Organization: You represent the product organization and support the EGYM customer-facing teams with new customer opportunities, where product expertise is needed
