Product Manager BI and Analytics - Software Development

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Analytics & Business Intelligence (BI) Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of BI tools and solutions that empower our internal teams and clients with actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, product designers, engineers, operations, and stakeholders, to ensure the effective utilization of data for making informed decisions.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus).
  • At least 5 years of product management experience and over 3 years of B2B SaaS application experience.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Experience working with engineering teams and familiarity with Agile/SDLC methodologies.
  • Experienced in data governance, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Deep understanding of BI tools, data modeling, data visualization, and data architecture.
  • Hands-on technical background with AWS and exposure to APIs and databases.
  • Familiar with AI/ML concepts and their application in enhancing data products.
  • Experienced in working with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and fluent in English.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Speaking the data and business language bridges the knowledge gap between analytics teams and business stakeholders.
  • Bring in clarity on business goals, problems and expected outcomes for analytics projects.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs and business impact.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Establish and enforce data governance best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and KPIs that are crucial for our clients' success.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities where data and analytics can bring value to the internal teams and clients.
  • Reinforce and lead a data-informed culture in the organization, and promote the product mindset in the BI & Analytics team. 
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, facilitating continuous iteration and improvement based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
