Your role 

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own our highest-performing product vertical, Midnite Casino completely. You’ll play a primary role in this product's success and the entire business. You’ll take the lead in driving our casino product to excellence from the core gaming end to experience and researching and building out product USPs.

Responsiblilites

• From Discovery to Delivery. End to End ownership of Midnite Casino
• Spearhead Midnite’s evolution of” Real Money” and “Free to Play” Gaming by exploring new ways to play and entertain
• Full ownership of the Casino & Gaming Roadmap.
• Take the lead in Gamification solutions across the entire Midnite Product
• Be hyper-focused on developing a highly engaging, high-retention experience
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver world-class products
• Be a champion of a Product-led environment, putting the users first. 
• Work directly with the Head of Product to develop a long-term, game-changing Product Strategy.
• With over 40+ Game Providers, you’ll build strong relationships with 3rd parties and key business stakeholders.
• Regular reporting of Product KPIs to Stakeholders and Department leads.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• You have strong experience working on native Casinos
• You have experience in working on Social Casino, Gaming and Gamification frameworks
• You embrace the fast-pace, always delivering, always improving start-up environment in an ultra-competitive industry

• You live and breathe data, making informed decisions with data and always looking for ways to obtain it

• You have an interest in any of the following: Gaming, Online Casinos, Free to plays, Social Gaming, Esports, Sports betting
