Let’s start with the role

We're seeking an innovative and driven Product Manager to join our Enterprise Architecture team. This tech powerhouse is dedicated to building cutting-edge core platforms and revolutionizing the Developer Experience (DevEx) across our organization with a focus on Web and Mobile technologies. As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting the core components of our Web and Mobile technologies, acting as a catalyst for our teams to deliver faster and more efficiently. You'll empower other verticals to focus on what they do best providing outstanding products by enhancing the tools and systems they rely on every day. As a Product Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Work closely with Principal Engineers and the development team to prioritize and execute product enhancements and new feature development, using agile methodologies and best practices.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, and use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize product features and functionality.
Communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
Exhibit excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment, quickly adapting to changing priorities and market conditions.

In addition, successful candidates will have:

Experience in Web and Mobile technologies (considered a plus).
Excellent English skills.

What you’ll bring

2+ years of Product Management experience across Web and Mobile technologies, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality products and driving business growth.
Experience working in an agile development environment, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
An analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to inform product decisions and drive results.
Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
A passion for innovation and technology, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
