Job Description

We’re currently hiring a RWE-focused Product Manager to help define and lead our product offering for using the Distill platform to automate data abstraction for real-world evidence, in partnership with data providers / aggregators, as well as life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device industries and health systems.

 

You can expect to:

• Own and execute on the "Distill for RWE" product roadmap and implementation (in conjunction with the engineering team)
• Manage customer relationships, from early engagements, to managing project-based deliverables, and receiving/acting on user feedback
• Work with clinical teams on deliverables related to human-in-the-loop review of our LLM abstractions for regulatory or benchmarking purposes
• Collaborate with other internal stakeholders (engineering, commercial) to deliver on our product vision

 

We look for:

• Deep healthcare market domain expertise; a clear understanding of use cases, industry challenges, and competitive landscape across one or more of these areas (in this order of priority): data providers / aggregators, life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, and health systems
• Knowledge of the applications of software products in RWE (bonus if ML-driven software products)
• Prior experience of building 0-1 products (from concept to delivery and beyond) at another healthcare startup
• Effective oral and highly visual written communication skills with the purpose of bringing clarity to complexity and communicating to inform and influence across cross-functional teams and leadership.
