About the role

We are hiring a Product Marketing Associate to lead the execution of how we communicate Healthie’s platform—internally across teams and externally to customers and the market. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end process of launching product updates, from gathering internal and external feedback, to developing messaging, to enabling smooth rollouts through clear and engaging communications.

Your work will include synthesizing feedback from customers and internal teams, shaping product positioning, and coordinating launches that span in-app messages, emails, webinars, and community updates. You’ll ensure our teams are equipped to support releases, our customers understand the value of new features, and our product narrative stays aligned with market needs. You’ll also own the monthly product newsletter and support the creation of tutorials, knowledge base articles, and training materials. Success in this role means helping Healthie build better, communicate proactively, and continuously deliver value to our growing customer base.

• This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our NYC HQ.
• The salary range is $108,000. - $135,000 plus equity, annual bonus, and benefits.
• U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.

About you

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience within the healthcare industry.
• You’re a skilled writer who can seamlessly shift between technical documentation and customer-friendly content. 
• You quickly become an expert in the products you market, combining deep product understanding with customer empathy. You’re naturally curious and seek to understand both the ‘how’ and the ‘why’ behind what’s being built.
• You’re comfortable working collaboratively with Product and internal teams across the entire development lifecycle—from roadmap planning through launch—to ensure alignment and successful feature rollouts..
• You’re experienced in B2B SaaS environments, with a strong grasp of how to tailor messaging and campaigns for different customer segments and plan types.
• You’re a natural project manager, capable of organizing your own work and coordinating across teams to drive projects forward with clarity and accountability.
• You thrive in environments where speed, curiosity, and ownership are essential, and you bring a flexible, proactive mindset to evolving priorities.
• You embody Healthie’s core values (Respect, Reliability, Resilience), bringing a collaborative, thoughtful, and mission-driven approach to everything you do.
• You have direct experience in healthcare or health tech and are excited by the opportunity to help providers deliver better care through technology.
